andreaallen: Dear Internet, I would like to see a compilation vid that contains clips of people at sporting events who don’t realize they’re on the jumbotron, but are then alerted to the fact that they’re missing their big moment, only to have the feed changed right when they look up to see themselves.  I feel this is important enough for me to encourage it myself through a reblog.

I won the challenge at my gym! →
As I mentioned before, I had great results with the Paleo Challenge at my gym. I highly recommend the lifestyle and Crossfit Virtuosity in Williamsburg; I’ve never felt so good and I’m super-proud for winning!
