i spent the last month doing the Paleo challenge at my gym with Jessamine. At the beginning and end, there were benchmark tests:
- I weighed 186 lbs. Now 172.5!
- I dead lifted 255 lbs. Yesterday did 300!
- 21, 15, 9 reps for time: medicine ball front squats (20#) and burpees went from 5:01 to 4:10.
Overall, I lost 13.5 lbs, am lifting 45 more pounds in my dead lift and am 51 seconds faster! I’m very happy for myself and Jessamine and will be keeping up this lifestyle for the foreseeable future.
